Grandma & Grandpa Visit

Grandma and Grandpa came to visit. Here are some random pictures I took.

Evans Day Parade

I love the Evans Day Parade. I normally hate parades all together, but Evans is a small city near Greeley and their parade is extremely short...AND they throw candy. Everyone is happy. My Mom and Dad were in town so it made it even more fun to go with family. Truthfully, we probably wouldn't have gone if it wasn't for Doug. His Marching Band was participating in the parade. I enjoy watching the band.
The parade started at 10 AM. We sat down and 1 minute later, they started marching by us. We were done by 10:40ish.

We all had a fun time.

Scrapbooking weekend

For Labor Day weekend, I had the opportunity to escape with my sisters and mom for a scrapbooking weekend. The four of us stayed in a hotel in Boulder, CO. We had a really fun time escaping from reality and playing. My mom: My sister Stacie:

Along with scrapbooking, we went and saw a movie, went to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner, and checked out the house from "Mork and Mindy".
It was a nice break for the weekend and I was able to get 36 scrapbook pages done. Woo hoo.
I'm already looking forward to another scrapbooking weekend. :)
